Collections and Payments

On all funds successfully collected by CCR, whether paid in trust to us or directly to the client, we will issue an itemized monthly statement/invoice detailing the payment(s) received, our fees and the amount due or payable.

Settlements

CCR may enter into compromise settlements of not less than 75% of the principal balance due without prior consent or approval, unless otherwise agreed.

Legal Services and Advanced Costs

Litigation will not be initiated without the written authorization of the client and there are no up-front costs. There is no service fee charged by CCR for handling the Legal Action. When CCR engages a forwarding agent, we will ensure that all legal costs are minimized to provide a maximum return.

Collections/Attorney Network

All your collection needs can be fulfilled at CCR America. Our knowledge and experience provides superior results, which translates into recovering your receivables even faster. Our customer and collection services are unparalleled. For certain accounts that require litigation, we are affiliated with a nationwide attorney network. However, more often than not, you will not need to pursue legal action to collect the debt.

Skip Tracing and Asset Determination

Part of the collection process is finding the individual responsible for payment. Our skip-tracing detective work can locate the purchaser by our using various databases. In addition to locating a purchaser, our skip tracing technology can confirm employment, banking and property ownership. This information alone can determine whether or not that the individual has the means to pay. This allows us to specifically focus on getting your money and protecting your interests.

Credit Reporting

We are members of North America's three largest credit reporting databases, Trans Union, Experion and Equifax. If your debtors do not satisfy their obligation to you, they will be reported to the credit bureaus. There is no fee for this service and no membership required on your part. This saves you time and money all the while reducing your risk exposure to legal liability.

Placing the Account

CCR accepts account placements by fax, e-mail, mail or by our on-line Service. All new accounts assigned to CCR will be confirmed by our Client Acknowledgement Report. We guarantee that all information received will be processed in the strictest of confidence pursuant to all privacy laws.

Comprehensive Online Reporting

CCR provides Real Time On-Line Client Status Reports detailing inventory levels and the status of each account. Our database runs on a high end Microsoft Windows File Server. On a regular basis, we will also provide two additional reports, the Account Progress Report and Closed Account Report.
